01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InvestInMe platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including applicants (students and graduates) and company partners.

02 Description of Service

InvestInMe is an online marketplace that connects students and recent graduates ("Applicants") with companies ("Partners") interested in funding their education or repaying student debt in exchange for agreed-upon work commitments. InvestInMe acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any investment agreement made between Applicants and Partners.

03 Eligibility

To use InvestInMe, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements (or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf if under 18).
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

04 User Accounts & Profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All information submitted to your profile, including transcripts, resumes, GPA, and financial data, must be accurate and up to date. InvestInMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

05 Platform Role & Limitations

InvestInMe is a marketplace platform only. We do not:

• Guarantee that any Applicant will receive an offer from a Partner.
• Guarantee that any Partner will find a suitable Applicant.
• Participate in, enforce, or guarantee any investment agreement made between parties.
• Provide legal, financial, or career advice.

Any investment agreement entered into is solely between the Applicant and the Partner. InvestInMe strongly recommends that all parties obtain independent legal counsel before signing any agreement.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any user.
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform by soliciting users outside of InvestInMe to avoid fees.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable employment, education, or financial regulation.

07 Investment Agreements

Any agreements reached between Applicants and Partners through the Platform are independent contracts between those parties. InvestInMe provides template agreement structures for reference only. These templates do not constitute legal advice. All parties are encouraged to consult an attorney before executing any agreement.

08 Fees

Creating an Applicant profile is free. InvestInMe may charge Partner companies a subscription fee or transaction fee for access to Applicant profiles and deal facilitation services. Fee schedules will be disclosed at the time of Partner onboarding and are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of InvestInMe LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant InvestInMe a non-exclusive license to display and use that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13 Changes to Terms

InvestInMe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

InvestInMe allows users as young as 13 with parental consent and complies with COPPA. For users under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Preamble

This Investment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE], by and between:

InvestInMe LLC is not a party to this Agreement and assumes no liability for obligations herein.

1 Recitals

WHEREAS, the Applicant is a [high school student / college student / recent graduate] seeking financial support for education or student loan repayment; and

WHEREAS, the Company desires to invest in the Applicant's education and future employment in exchange for a committed work arrangement as described herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

6 Termination

• By mutual written consent.

7 Confidentiality

The Applicant agrees to keep confidential any proprietary business information belonging to the Company. This obligation survives termination for [2] years.
